Thank you for registering as an exhibitor at the Bridging the Gap STEM education conference. We’re excited about your participation!


September 7: Print ad and logo due

As an exhibitor, your registration includes a promotion opportunity within the printed conference program and conference application.

All exhibitors may submit a logo to be included in the conference application. Full color ads will be included in the conference program according to the following specifications:

Ad space for premium exhibitors is 2.56″ wide x 2.5″ tall
Ad space for standard exhibitors is 2.56″ wide x 1.82″ tall

All exhibitors should upload their logo and ad by September 7 to ensure it is printed on the program.

September 7: Optional concurrent session details due

If you are a premium exhibitor and registered for an optional, 50-minute concurrent session, you will have the opportunity to talk about your organization and what it provides to the STEM education community in a dedicated room. The room will be equipped with a projector, laptop, WiFi and microphone. You are responsible for supplying any other necessary materials.

We strongly encourage these sessions to include free and low-cost resources that your organization makes available to K-12 educators.

Please upload your presentation and a brief description (2 or 3 sentences) by September 7 to ensure they are printed in the program.

Booth Details

We will follow up with you in advance of the conference with your booth number and shipping info. You will receive one (1) 10’ × 10′ draped exhibit booth with an 8-foot table, chair(s), WiFi access and electricity (deadline to receive electricity requests is September 8).

Setup is October 22 from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and October 23 from 7:00 am to 11:30 am. Breakdown starts October 24 at 3:30 pm.

The exhibit area will be open to conference participants during the following times:

October 23

11:30 am – 4:40 pm

October 24

7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Staffing Your Booth

If you’ve registered for a Premium Exhibit, two (2) representatives from your organization are permitted to staff your booth and eat lunch for no additional fee. For a Standard Exhibit, one (1) representative is permitted.

Additional Attendees

Additional attendees from your organization must purchase a full registration.
